A collaborative book, audio, installation
and performance project by SASCHA and AOIFE. Their daily activities over the
duration of their stay in Lendava have resulted in an ensemble – a three
dimensional still life – has been created on site researching the relationship
between static structures/objects and movement. Culminating in a live
performance event at the end. The book is depicting a conversation between
photography, montage and audio to create a synthesis of sensory impressions.
The still life has been activated the
evening of the presentation by a performance that took place in a currently
unused space on the Main Street in Lendava. The evening encompassed minimalist
structures; everyday materials and sounds alongside live performed interactions
and dance improvisations.
As a special feature, there were “performed miniatures” every day before the live event. These performances could be viewed from the window of D’Clinic Studios at 17:00 daily beginning on Tuesday 26th November.
